Team Moda-Anon is a new British cycling team which has been introduced to the British racing calender for the 2015 season. Jason Scales, Team Manager, has worked hard to set up the new team with an aim to give cyclists with potential a chance to make it to the next level and advance to achieve their targets and ambitions. As a worker at the home of British Cycling in Manchester, Jason has more than enough knowledge and experience in the sport and knows what makes a team successful. The team would not have been possible without sponsors Moda, Anon, NCC Group, RRG Group, Huntapac, Lake shoes, Kenda tyres, Forza components, Mazda and Owayo team kit.

In October 2014, Jason approached Henry Hunter, son of Warren Hunter, with an offer to ride for the team in 2015, without hesitation Henry agreed to ride for Team Moda-Anon. Henry, 19, has been a competitive cyclist since he was 14 years old, training and racing almost every day since that age. He started out riding for his local club Southport CC before soon being picked up by Team Wallis CHH Racing Team and progressing to finish 10th in the National Junior Series in 2013. In 2014 Henry stepped up to U23's and had a tough season although still produced strong results at National level. With this opportunity he hopes to further progress in the sport and become a professional cyclist one day.

Saturday 31st January 2015 was the team launch at the National Cycling Centre, Manchester Velodrome. The team riders where given their new Moda bikes and racing kit and headed out for a 45 mile ride around the outskirts of Manchester. Later in the evening 300 guests including sponsors and family members attended the official team launch. Huntapacs new Scania V8, 'Helena' was on display outside the velodrome along with the new Mazda 6 team car.
